The Health & Safety Programme implementation is the responsibility of the Employing Company and its representatives i.e. the managers and supervisors of all levels as well as the ESYPP [1.1.1], the AA [1.1.1] and the Management Team. In order to be able to successfully fulfil with their duties, line managers must be well educated in all aspects of of a Health & Safety programme because the developments in these area are cataclysmic from a legal as well as a scientific point of view.
In any case, researchers have come to the conclusion that all accidents spring from some kind of management system failure.
